This page provides resource to help users.

• If you are here because you want to help Feast upon the Word, please go to our Community portal page.
• If you are here because there is a problem with this site and you'd like it fixed, or you'd like to suggest an enhancement, go to the Feedback page.
• But, if you are here because you need help then you're in the right place.

Help resources

Note: if you want to start editing an article, feel free to try your hand at it without reading through the help. Don't worry, if you mess something up, someone else will likely fix it soon enough.

1. Help:Scriptures : Go here for help on using this site to answer questions about the scriptures.
2. Help:Editing : Basic help on how to edit commentary or discussion pages
3. Help:Commentary pages : Explanation of the commentary page and how it is to be used.
4. Help:Wiki markup : A short overview of wiki markup.
5. Our Sandbox : Go here to experiment with editing. If you like to learn by trial and error, this is your place.
6. Help:Emailing other users : How to email another user of the site.
7. Help:User pages : How to create and use your user pages.
8. Our FAQ : Go here for answers to common questions.
9. Wikipedia's tutorial : A great tutorial for Wikipedia. Since Wikipedia and this site both use MediaWiki as its engine, much of the help you get from that site is applicable to this one.
10. Wikipedia's help pages : More help from Wikipedia.
11. MediaWiki help : If you really want to get into the details, go here. This takes you to the section "For editors." That's probably where you want to go but note that there is a lot of additional information about WikiMedia that you can find by browsing around once you are at that site.

If you need help and haven't found it, please add your question to our FAQ page. This site is so new that, from a relative perspective, one occurrence of a question is enough to count it as frequently asked :)
