There is a theme to your theology page, Robert: Is theology a good thing or a bad thing? I'm very much interested in this question. I don't know your take on aesthetics (I consider myself a student of two subjects, which I am sometimes convinced are one and the same: theology and aesthetics), but I have written a poem on this very subject, of theology. I've posted it at User: Joe Spencer/By way of introduction: t(h/r)e(o/mb)l(o/in)g(y/). I'd be interested on your thoughts--if you do aesthetics and can follow it....

Also, this subject deserves some sustained discussion. I don't know that the discussion pages of this site are appropriate for a very lengthy deliberation on the subject, and I have come to avoid the bloggernacle for a number of reasons, but I would be interested in discussing the subject at some length with you. Would you be interested in comparing notes on the subject? How would you like to do so, if you are interested? As an admin, I think you probably have access to my e-mail address. Feel free to open that discussion. There is, perhaps, too much on this subpage to engage in any direct way, but some direct conversation might prove fruitful.
