Greetings

I found this site with great enthusiasm, and I hope to contribute in a positive way to scriptural scholarship.

I was born and raised in Florida, spent a few years in Georgia, and am now living in Salt Lake City, Utah.

My wife, Sarah, is pursuing her Ph.D in biomedical engineering at the University of Utah. She wants to eventually help design neural prosthetics that interact seamlessly with human neural tissues. (So, essentially, she's super smart and quite sexy.)

As for myself, I have an abiding interest in mythology, semiotics, and languages. I can read Hebrew, Aramaic, Arabic, Japanese, and am working on several others, including ancient Egyptian. Currently, I work professionally as an account representative for a major electronics supply chain company.

My interests in regards to the scriptures are in the areas of hermeneutics, linguistics, and just plain old fashioned mysticism. I hope to learn from others here.
