Questions
Why does Helaman remind his sons of the words of King Benjamin?
[edit]
Lexical notes
Helaman wanted his sons to remember their heritage by naming them after Lehi and Nephi.

Exegesis
- v. 10: Christ is redeeming us from our sins not in our sins because if we are being redeemed in our sins and we continue to commit them, we have not grown (compare Zeezrom's questioning of Amulek on this in Alma 11:34ff). The idea of coming to earth and using the atonement is that overcoming our sins will refine us and make us better so that we may become more like Heavenly Father.
