Hi Steven,

As I see it your question is asking how the Latter-day Saint understanding of Priesthood is consistent with Heb 7:24? Is that right? I think questions like this can lead to important insights when we then explain how it is that such a concern is resolved. However, from reading the external link, it seems (feel free to correct me if I misunderstand) that you don't believe the two are consistent. But, as I think the site:policies make clear, this is not the appropriate place for arguing that the scriptures are inconsistent with Latter-day Saint beliefs.

Please respond (or feel free to take this offline and e-mail me if you prefer) so that I don't revert your comments simply because I didn't properly understand them. Also, it may help if you make your general purpose clear so that there is an understanding of where you are coming from. For example, if you say that you are a believing member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and your purpose in posting the question is to reconcile your beliefs with some questions you have about the New Testament, people will see this question in a different light than say, if you said you don't believe that the Church today has the Priesthood and are posting this question and link in order to advance that position.
