After Almas conversion, it seems to me that he was a very obedient servant, adhering strictly to the commandments. throughout chapter 36, he tells Helaman that keeping the commandments brings blessings. he harps on this a lot because he saw the blessings that he received throughout his life. --Jaromhanson 9 Sep 2005
