Talk:Alma 26:26-30
Personal reflections
What Ammon is talking about has a lot to do with our lives even now. If ever we have a righteous goal, we should go forth and do it. If we don't think we'll be able to accomplish the goal just remember what the Lord told Ammon and his brothers, "Now when our hearts were depressed, and we were about to turn back, behold, the Lord comforted us, and said: Go amongst thy brethren, the Lamanites, and bear with patience thine afflictionsâ˘, and I will give unto you success." The Lord says this to us even now with our own problems and trials in life. It's through the scriptures that he tells us this and we're able to be comforted. --User:Sam1602 12 Dec 2005
