- v. 39 The job of translating can be very difficult with so many pronouns being used to represent different groups. For example in this one verse "they" or "them" is used 5 times for 4 different groups:
And when he had driven them [bad guys] afar off, he returned and they [good servants]watered their flocks and returned them [the sheep] to the pasture of the king, and then went in unto the king, bearing the arms which had been smitten off by the sword of Ammon, of those who sought to slay him; and they [the arms] were carried in unto the king for a testimony of the things which they [unclear: good servants or the bad guys?] had done.--RM Matheson 16:46, 3 Dec 2005 (UTC)
