Imagine the Blessing
Who out of the entire christian faith would not marvel at the opertunity that was given to the nephites? To kneel down before christ and worship him, to thank him for what he has done, to show your love. The truth of the matter is that we do not have to be physically before Christs feet to do this, we can do it every day through pray, and living the way he taught us to live. We will recieve great blessings if we are humble and do always remember Christ in all we do. If we can focus more on him we will be blessed. Travis Justin Kamper
The line (personal story)
This passage always sort of bothered me, thinking about the long line and how I probably would've rather heard another sermon rather than be waiting in line. But on my mission in Russia, investigators would frequently be very moved by the personal attention being shown to each person in this story. So used to being just a number in the masses of Communism, the Russians were impressed that, rather than filling stadiums full of people like other Christian missions, we took the time to learn their (very difficult!) language and come to their home to answer their individual questions and concerns. Now I read this passage differently, with great appreciation for the individual love (is there any other kind of love?) that God shows his people. --RobertC 15:07, 17 Aug 2006 (UTC)
