Welcome to Feast upon the Word's community portal.

How you can help

  1. Add commentary to the site: This is the most important way you can help at this point. Not sure where to start? Click Random Page.
  2. Edit commentary: In addition to adding your own commentary, you can edit other people's. Check out the Recent changes page from the left navigation for a list of pages that have content that you may be able to improve on by editing.
  3. Improve home page content.
  4. Give feedback: Add enhancements or identified errors (bugs) to the Feedback page.
  5. Respond to feedback: Work on the enhancements on the Feedback page. Note that some enhancements would require special skills. You may need to coordinate with Matthew to implement some of them.
  6. Programming help: Help out with database work. If you can write SQL send Matthew an e-mail and he will talk with you to discuss the best way to help.
  7. Donate: Have time, money, suggestions or other services to offer that you'd like to discuss privately? Send an email to Matthew. Currently there is not a need for additional funding, but if you have an idea of something you'd like to do to improve the site that would cost money, or if you'd like to discuss privately an idea, service, or anything else about the site, don't hesitate to email Matthew.

Navigation and project pages

  • Pages with content : a list of pages with content (infrequently updated).
  • Pages in need of attention : a list of pages that need some dedicated work to make them better.
  • Sunday school lessons: a list of Sunday school lesson pages (links to pages with all commentary on a given lesson put onto one page).

The purpose of the page is to assess how the process worked.
